Structure
The spiral wound gasket consists of "v-sharpe"or"w-sharp"metal tape and nonmetal tape,which are overlapped each other and wound continuously to fast metal tape,both its start point end point are tack welded.
Performance and features
1.Wide range of applicable working condition,high temperature and high pressure resistance.Applicable to super low temperature and vancuum condition chemical resitant gasket is available under various medium ,through change of compostion of gasket.
2.Strong strees compensation.Stable and reliable sealing performance even under frequent pressure fluctuation condition.

1.Spiral wound gasket consists of four types:basic type,with outer ring,with inner ring,with inner and outer rings;heat exchanger spiral wound gasket:basic type and with inner and outer rings.
Material:
Steel tape:Carbon steel,304,321,304L,316,316L,Ti,Monel,Incoloy
Nonmetal tape:Flexible graphite,Asbestos,Non-asbestos,Teflon/PTFE,Ceramics etc.
The ring material same as the steel table.Special order is available through negotiation.
